Love: Never Block Your Potential Blessings

"Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage."

There is nothing like the joy you get from being loved, and loving somebody. But how do we reach that pinnacle in life? Most of us have our expectations, standards and ideas of what we want from a significant other and how we would like our love/family life to turn out. 

Well sometimes we get in our own way to happiness. Maybe the person you want is not in the same city or state as you. Maybe you want a guy over six foot or a girl that wears a size two and your mind is so focused on what you want that you can miss out on that perfect person for you.

Well love doesn't have mileage, it is never a guarantee that the love of your life will live next door to you. Relocation may be a journey in itself but it might be worth a life full of happiness with the one you love. Maybe your dream guy is five foot eight or your dream girl is a size twelve. Physical appearance should never be the determining factor of you choosing to be with someone or not. As we mature we come to the realization that outer beauty is nothing compared to a beautiful soul. Your only as beautiful as your character.

 Maybe you want someone that has done everything you've done, went to college, had both parents, well traveled, no kids. But maybe the person that could be your potential soulmate was dealt a different hand in life. Maybe they are self taught, which molded them into a more ambitious person.

Maybe their mother or their father was not present in their life but that made them more geared towards being family oriented. Maybe they have not been fortunate enough to have traveled but that is an experience you can gain together, you can show them a whole new world. Maybe they do have a child or children but as long as their being a great parent that is all that matters, children are Gods blessings to the world, it is his way of showing that life will go on.

Realistically nobody is perfect so you gotta take the good with the bad. Some qualities you will love while others you will have to learn to love, like someone combing their hair every five minutes, or clipping their toe nails in bed. At the end of the day do not let your ideals and standards be so box tight that you miss an opportunity to create something great with somebody!
